Yoga for Wellness
Therapeutic yoga is a gentle, low-impact style of yoga that supports healing. In therapeutic yoga, we use asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to relax the nervous system, aid detoxification, and bring nourishing energy to the body. In this way, therapeutic yoga promotes holistic healing- supporting the body, mind, and spirit on the journey to wellness.
